MacBook Pro 13-inch Review

Apple has been back with its 13-inch MacBook Pro and perhaps this time with some major updates. Compared to MacBook Pro 15inch and MacBook Air 2019 Models the 13inch model has to stand out and probably a winner.

Well, the reasons are obvious I.e. Apple’s updated components and inclusion of Touch Bar which is now in every 13-inch model. Apple has successfully managed in reviving its compact MacBook and making it suitable according to the needs and expectations of modern customers.

MacBook Pro’s Features:

  • CPU:1.4GHz Intel Core i5 (quad-core, 8 threads, 8MB cache, up to 3.9GHz)
  • Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645
  • 16GB RAM
  • 2TB SSD Storage
  • 2 Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C)
  • 3.5mm Headphone Jack
  • 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0
  • 720p Facetime HD Web-cam
  • 3.02 Pounds Weight
  • 13.3-inch screen 2560×1600 Retina Display (backlit LED, IPS, 500 nits brightness, wide color P3 gamut)
  • Size: 11.97 x 8.36 x 0.59 inches

Pros:

  • The screen is amongst the best Displays Ever
  • Top-tier Hard Drive Performance
  • A spacious, responsive touchpad
  • Loud, enjoyable speakers
  • Premium Look and Feel

Cons:

  • The touch bar is intuitive to use and lacks actual purpose
  • Battery life took a step back
  • Very Few slots

MacBook Pro 13-inch Pricing:

Apple is quite famous for its premium pricing. They make expensive products for top-notch customers and have no low budget device. 13-inch MacBook comes with two models:

  • 128Gb Version – $1299
  • 256 Gb Version – $1499

128Gb comes with 1.4-GHz 8th-gen Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM at a cost of $1299 which is obviously not enough storage looking at the price.

Another 256Gb version with the same specs comes at $1499 which is way too high but still, there are Apple fans who will buy it.

Our Verdict:

There one thing in which Apple is not suitable for most of the people which is its price tag at $1299. No doubt MacBook Pro 13-inch is an impressive product and its touch bar is very attractive and makes the user experience perfect.

Another thing that sucks about this MacBook model is the ports. There are only three ports on this laptop which are very less.

Bottom line if you are an Apple Fan and are ready to spend so much money then MacBook Pro 13-inch is a perfect product to try.
